Then a face to face interview with the head of sales including tour of London office, sales floor and games room. Good buzz about the place. The final interview was spending half an hour shadowing a person in the role i applied for. Then nearly an hour long interview with the regional director.

Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.
