Interview
phone screening I was called by our in house recruiter Jordan who discussed with me what the process was going to look like and things I would need to do.
Video Interview. There were about 6 pre-recorded questions online that I was required to answer by recording and entering the recording. the website did the recording and everything all I had to do was answer the questions. It was very simple and easy, although I did have to research best practices for video interviews.
1:1, I met with the full Consulting Management team that was in house that week, as well as one of our CMs that works remotely in Florida. Most talks went extremely fluid and well. They just wanted to get to know me and the kind of person I am. That goes a lot with fitting into this organization
Interview with President, Lastly I met with Greg Gilkerson. We really just discussed many of the things that he had heard about me from the previous interviews and I truly did enjoy our conversation. He provided me with some great advice for how to not just be successful at PDI, but in the general business setting
