It was a pretty straight forward process; a phone interview with recruiter and them on to a practice essay review and tutoring session. They also give you feedback on your performance, which is helpful!

After applying, a hiring manager first sends an email to notify the applicant about conducting a virtual interview via Zoom. Once accepted, they email the contract using DocuSign, all remotely done.

Interview
Before the first interview, you receive two tests.
1. To check your writing abilities
2. To check your reviewing capabilities
After you have completed and passed the two tests, you have a single (sometimes two) phone interviews where you answer some questions about your educational experience, any gaps in your work experience, how well you can work in a remote environment and general questions about yourself (such as education background) etc.
