Interview
Not even really an interview. You are just talked at in what could be a pre-recorded 'webinar'. 2 interviews in they don't even actually tell you much about the role (because they will be using your unpaid labour- not at all like the job description you see in LinkedIn).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ridiculous. No questions, just google forms to fill out that if you have any sense should set off alarm bells. Avoid

Interview
Awful experience | Speaks for the company and its so called "values"
- 1st interview: pre-recorded webinar from CEO followed by a questionnaire to fill out. Note that you have to complete it within 30 minutes. (what?)
- 2nd interview: with an employee and told another consultant would be there too. Surprise: they decided to invite another interviewee. Again, questionnaire to be filled out within 30 minutes (what on earth are you thinking)?
- 3rd interview: with the CEO whilst he is having his lunch. Every project previously mentioned that we would be working on has apparently been ditched.
Offered the job and of course said no. Told to bring all documentation etc. as if I would sign a contract on the spot. Have to be very narrow minded and take candidates as fools to think that was a possibility.

Interview
First things first, before the first interview, I was sent an email saying I was invited to a webinar. Joined the Zoom call at the allocated time but the Zoom meeting never started, and eventually gave up after waiting for 30 mins. Then I got an email from HR saying "urgent reschedule" as I have "not attend and we have not heard from you". I replied to both emails with a screenshot of my screen showing that I have in fact joined and was kept in the waiting room. Then I got a text message (RED FLAG why would they send a text when all conversations were on email) saying the host had a "last minute client meeting" so they had to reschedule. Then I received the same "urgent reschedule" email again from HR, again, I replied saying I had in fact joined but I have received a text about rescheduling. Never got any reply from HR. The following day, joined the webinar. Was very vague about what the job actually entails. Just kept saying it's a great chance to grow and it was performance-based. Also very vague about the pay, they make it sound like you'll be earning on commission but actually, your base salary is not even minimum wage. Got through to a Zoom interview, you basically had to introduce yourself and your background. They then put you in the waiting room and then some people move to the second part of the interview. - All you had to do was to introduce yourself and they rate you and see if you will move onto the next stage, but at no point do you show off what you can/cannot do. Moved on to the next stage, they ask you a bit about what your experiences were, but then state they are looking for people with no experience so they can train them from the ground up. At the end, you have to do a "survey" which was actually a test to see how much you retained from the webinar and the Zoom call. I did not complete the survey as the job did not sound like anything I would like to do. Absolute scam! They advertise the job as Marketing Trainee but from what I've learned from the two Zoom sessions you're basically standing outside on your feet the whole day to promote a certain company/product. The emphasis on "performance-based" is actually just a pyramid scheme. Also, the interview process feels too easy (in a bad way) as if they're just trying to hire anyone to promote their client (basically cheap labour). Misleading job ad and you're not even working minimum wage. The whole job (or even the company) sounds very sketchy.
