Oxygen Studio Designs interview questions

I was a junior writer, nearly fresh out of Uni, with maybe only a year of experience. (This was nearly 3 years ago) Interviewer came into the room and started criticising my portfolio instead of finding out more about me and my capabilities. Told me to send more samples to them for further evaluation before they decide whether to interview me again. Complete waste of my time heading down for an interview when this could have been conveyed via email or a call. I didn't send over more samples, of course. If they couldn't be nice during an interview I wonder how the employees are being treated.

Went to interview at OSD and waited for 45 mins for the interview. During the interview, they emphasize on not wanting artists that say A do A, say B do B. They prefer artists to input their creative flair without being told from A to Z. The company does pretty neat works and their illustrations are cute. Overall the interview was okay, both of the interviewers are nice.
