I interviewed twice. Each time they sent me an invitation where I follow a link in line to confirm my attendance at the interview. The dates& times were somewhat difficult as I was working on weekdays but there were no options to negotiate dates.
The first round started with a panel interview with a publisher and a PA to the Director of the division consisting of an hour's Q&A regarding my background followed by a prioritisation task. The HR called me to secure dates for the coming week before the invitation for the second interview where I met with the head of the group and a representative from HR.
I received feedback 2~3 working days after the final, which briefly explained why they chose the other candidate over me on a positive note.
