The interview process at Outset was very straightforward. A few days after applying online I received an email from HR about an initial phone screen. After that phone screen I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone and was then invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of three 45 min interviews, one with the hiring manager, and two with people this position would be working closely with. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
