Ototon interview questions

The interview process consisted of three stages: an initial HR screening, a detailed and time-consuming case study, and a final 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. The case study required building a comprehensive campaign optimization plan, a business case for landing page improvements, a launch strategy, and a landing page wireframe—a significant investment of time and effort. Despite receiving positive personal feedback (“great work, we liked your personality”), I was ultimately told they were moving forward with other candidates. While I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills, the process felt disproportionately demanding for the outcome, and the final decision lacked transparency. Based on this experience, I would think twice before applying again.
