Osmosis Films interview questions

The interview process was a standard 2 interview structure. The first was quite conversational and short. The interviewer shared more information about the role and asked me to talk about myself and aligned experience. The second was to get to know the team and consisted of two employees. The communication between interviews did take quite some time.

Your Hiring Manager is the first impression potential employees get of the company. My first impression was unprofessional, disorganized, and inexperienced. I applied for the Producer position. The HM contacted me to say she'd like to set up an interview. I gave her my availability but then didn't hear anything back. I sent an email a few days later and still didn't get a response back. I sent a final email about 5 days after that and got nothing.
