just a few interviews, one phone screen, one zoom interview and the onsite. The onsite was rather long. They talked through their enterprise deployments and their tech stack. They work in rust.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Osaro in Dec 2025
Interview
They reached out to me - Had a call with the Software Engineering Manager - He seemed nice, barely spoke for 20 minutes wherein he told me that they'll reach out for a technical follow up.
Never heard back since.
I don't think this company is serious about hiring, most of their job postings are 4-5 months old - Don't waste your time.

Talk about experience
Experience with ROS
Experience with RUST
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Osaro
Interview
Spoke with recruiter then received very easy Python take home assessment. Was rejected after submitting assessment due to lack of experience in GCP and robotics, which should have been very clear from my resume from the start. They shouldn't have wasted my time on an offline assessment if they knew I didn't have the desired skillset.
