General interview with emphasis placed on character qualities. You must be able to pass driver training instructor licensing examinations, as well as driving examinations. There is also a background check, drug screening, and probationary period. In addition, it pays to have some amount of relative experience in the industry. This is a great job for teachers lookibg to supplement their income.
