I had two online (skype) interviews with NZ office (applied from UK). First interview was less technical and more informal. Second interview was more technical with programming task given a few hours before the interview, technical questions asked about knowledge of the tools to be used, Skype screen sharing session has been used to demonstrate hands-on experience.
