Origin Learning Solutions Instructional Designer interview questions

Interview consisted of 3 rounds. 1st round- written test (duration:2 and half hrs), consisting of basic aptitude, logical reasoning and descriptive writing on processes. 2nd round - Discussion with the Lead/Director 3rd round - HR round

firstly it was an online interview session. Pretty easy to get through and when i got selected they called me for another round of interview where again they concentrated more on aptitude. Also essay writing and technical writing were major part of the session.
