Optimum Wellness Centres interview questions

Had one phone screen, two interviews and was called in for the offer (I would have rather this was done over the phone or by email as it was across the city from me) They did not ask for references, which was weird. And asked some questions about which types of medical practioners I have seen including psychiatric and psychological which I think is not something they are legally allowed to ask. During the offer "meeting" I was asked to stand outside of a board room they were meeting in while the person argued with coworkers and then was offered lower than I asked for in my second interview (it was with two different people and they clearly did not communicate) I was told conflicting information from both people I met with, when I asked for clarification she became very defensive. They only offer a health spending account of $700 and vacation is paid out each cheque which I don't like.
