recruiter contacted me and then a moment of silence for 1-2 weeks, and then all of a sudden, she called me to schedule telephonic round. I told them that I have few other offers to consider and telephonic call was quickly arranged for the next day. I was confident that the telephonic round went well and was expecting an onsite round faster, but then again a moment of disbelief and silence for the next 2 weeks.
I was again contacted by the same recruiter and she told me that the previous position that i was interviewed EARLIER got closed. She asked if I am available for another telephonic call for Senior Software Engineer in Test (NO BIG DATA) role.
COME ON..I am not going to waste my time giving telephonic interviews for each and every position you guys open.
I had 2 other offers for Staff level role and I told her that I am not considering anything less than staff role.
Sorry guys, it is a BIG NO from me,. I do not want to be part of such unruly professionalisms.
I did check the career webpage the same day when the recruiter called me again, and as per the job posting, Senior Software Engineer in Test - Big Data is newly posted as of today.. so which says something is not right about the company..
