Ever heard of a recruiter ‘ghosting’ on you after calling you with a job offer? Well, that is what happened in my case.
Initial screening was with the recruiter, may be for 15 mins. He asked to meet the hiring manager onsite next day. Interview with hiring manager lasted for 45 mins. It was general resume overview questions. I was then asked to speak to two team members. Questions from the team members were behavorial, experience related.
After 2 days, the recruiter called to tell me everyone was very impressed and I stood out as a candidate amongst all the other applicants. He then asked me my salary requirements. I mentioned my expectations and also my visa situation. After that, not a peep from them.
