      Made me wait 45 mins in the meeting room then cancelled it without explanation. Gave a verbal offer after passing the assessment but got ghosted after, even after multiple follow ups Extremely unprofessional company If they are this messy in this department, Imagine actually working there.

      Interview

      Phone interview lasting 40 minutes; got questions about my IT background, organizational skills, communication skills, software and networking skills and my attitude in high stress environments. I was asked to provide real case scenarios on what I did for a particularly difficult customer and how I was able to overcome the issue and talk the customer through it maintaining a professional attitude and proving to be proactive.
