The interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, a team member interview, an assignment to build a Customer Success plan for a ChatGPT Enterprise customer with a video presentation, a live review of the plan with a team member, and a final round of four interviews over two hours.
Most interviewers were straightforward but friendly. However, my last interviewer, who I believe was the hiring manager (although this was never clarified by the recruiter despite my inquiries), came across as quite dismissive and uninterested, which was off-putting and left a negative impression.
Overall, the process was mostly fine, but it felt very impersonal and lacked a sense of genuine engagement as no one really tried to get to know me as a person. It seems the company may have developed a certain level of detachment due to its reputation, and perhaps will adopt a more human approach to its interactions when reality hits.
