Screening call with HR, followed by an assignment, then a presentation to another GTM member, then a 1:1 with the hiring manager. The interview process was well organised, however there were instances where it was difficult to arrange times with some of the interviewers resulting in a number of rescheduled meetings. Going through the process including the project preparation and the presentation was thought provoking, learned a lot in the process. Interestingly the presentation with the GTM member was only 30 mins which I found not enough time to convey the message and ask questions. My personal experience was the process was one way, lots of questions directed at me but not enough opportunity to ask questions. I ended up receiving a generic HR email advising me I was not successful with no specific feedback. Sort of expected for an organisation of this size however disappointing as I invested a lot of time preparing for each stage.
