Interview
They start with a phone interview and ask basic questions, like why you want to work there and what makes you suitable for this role. The HR employee I was talking to was nice and more knowledgeable than most HR employees I have talked to.
First round is a phone screening. Second round is in person test involving pattern recognition and coding questions. Last round you'll meet with HR (behavioral) and Engineering Team (Tech-related questions)
