I came in for a 1st interview after receiving a call to schedule one for a customer service representative position. It was a group interview and there was 3 more people in the room along with 3 of the CSR supervisors. It was fairly easy with just your average job interview questions. I was called in for a 2nd interview and this time it was just me, and the 3 supervisors again. This time it was to really get to know me. Previous experience, what are your plans for the future, why are you a good fit for this postion, previous experiences, etc. After the interview I was taken to the CSR department to take an assessment to determine your words per minute typing on the computer, and a basic assessment with math problems in it including how to get taxes and percentages. After they took those from me they pretty much offered me a job on the spot. It was a pretty easy interview process.
