Very unstructured and haphazard. Didn't know what they were hiring for, very generic questions. Interviewer wanted me to be an expert in all fields which is very unlikely. Didn't understand the reasoning of the process they have set up.
Tres bonne communication jusqu'au jour ou je n'ai plus eu de reponses du recruteur interne. Seulement un email me demandant d'evaluer mon experience sur le processus de recrutement.
L'equipe avait l'air sympa, dommage qu'ils ne donnent pas d'explications aux candidats qui n'ont pas etes retenus et ignorent ensuite les demandes d'information.
