After scheduling the initial interview round with HR, on the same day it was cancelled with no specific feedback. Not sure what happened internally, what a waste of time to schedule the slot, then to get it cancelled. I am not sure what feedback to mention.

Introduction One easy Leet code question given Then started with skills mentioned in resume Thread Pool, Redis, Spark and Spring mostly worst case scenarios Why to choose NOSQL.
I felt in 1 hour I cannot answer whole of these questions.
Easy leet code problem was not even considered for 10 mins of time. He had moved to next one. As time was less.

Not a right way to assess a candidate. Didn't even get a proper feedback on why I was rejected. No DS algo rounds/system design rounds. Couple of problems were asked however which mostly fall under easy category and I was unnecessarily grilled over some points instead should have grilled on corner cases and time and space complexities.
