I was asked to submit an interview video response to a list of prepared questions. That was then followed up by a video interview with the regional manager. A good bit prep was involved but it was straightforward.

Very easy, had a phone interview with the regional operations manager. He was very friendly, it lasted maybe 30 minutes, and ended with a job offer. Very low pressure situation.
