Friendly and assured interview covering a typical range of subjects. I do feel that the job advertisment was somewhat misleading and that fututre applicants should confirm the full duties list in their pre-cursor telephone contact. A number of questions asked clearly alluding to sales drive and intention to increase numbers through the door as opposed to practical ability. Other questions were more personality led, clearly seeking to see if you are the easy going sort to fit in with the team. Both of these are fine - just writing this to give applicants a flavour of what to expect. Short turnaround times regarding communications going forward.
