Interview
It was casual and easy. We sat down and had a conversation about my prior experience and expectations. We also discussed the shifts and duties. I was offered the job on the spot and was given time to think about it and give an answer.
I was called back within 24 hours and an interview was set up for the following day. The hiring manager was 40 minutes late. We spoke for 10 minutes and I was hired to start the next day
