The people are exceptionally kind and inviting. Lots of talk about the "fun" atmosphere, but very vague discussion about benefits and career trajectory. This is a young company that is still cementing its identity, but someone who may need a solid community may find a lot of comfort in the company of their colleagues, here. I spoke with 5 different people, including the President of the company which seemed a bit excessive. After being assured by the HR manager that my pay expectations were reasonable for the position, I was subsequently offered a much smaller compensation package by the President of the company. When attempting to learn a bit more about how I would be compensated and introduce a discussion to professionally negotiate, I was given a response two days later that I was no longer being considered for the position. Understand that this company will expect you to accept their first offer and that it will be much lower than industry standards are commanding, but for someone who might be a recent graduate with minimal or no work experience, it may turn out to be a great opportunity.
