Interview
I had 3 skype interviews, 2 with the dev team I would be managing, which were a mixture of technical, organisation and process questions and one with the CTO. I was then asked to Berlin for 4 onsite interviews with the COO, CEO, Product Owner and HR. The whole process was organised very quickly, clearly and professionally which is a refreshing. I was fully compensated for my expenses. Even though I felt positive about the entire experience I was unfortunately not made an offer. The only criticism I have of the process is that I was not given any feedback, just a quick email from the recruiter.

How I would handle delivering multiple backend searches on the front end. Write a method to figure out how many digits in a number. How I would motivate a team. How I would setup performance reviews, how to ensure you are shipping a quality product. How to handle conflict. How to handle communication with other departments.
