Interview
The first interview was conducted via Zoom with Korean employees from the Olive Young team. The interview process was professional, well-organized, and focused on evaluating both customer service capabilities and cultural fit. One important aspect of the process was that the interview schedule followed Korea Standard Time (KST), so candidates should carefully confirm the time difference and be prepared to join the meeting on time.
Went downtown to meet with them and had a relatively thorough interview and then heard nothing back. I reapplied to another position and then still heard nothing from them after they canceled my interview. It took me three emails to reach out to see if I could reschedule and then they sent me a generic Rejection.
