Had a Skype call with their marketing manager, then a second call with the marketing manager + the head of marketing. Stage 3 was one of those online psychometric + personality tests Stage 4 was a Presentation + Q&A I spent about 2 days preparing & putting the slides together, drove 3 hours to deliver the presentation, drove 3. hours home because of traffic. 2 days later, I receieved an email from the Hotel asking to send the slides across (which I did), I never heard from them again.
