The first stage was call with a recruiter then a call with the hiring manager. I had an in office meeting with the hiring manager. Then a home assignment. Then another in office meeting with the hiring manager. Then an HR interview - in office, Then another call with the hiring manager and recruiter. And they offered me a lot less than my salary expectations which I stated at the beginning. A very scattered an unorganized process. Vey long waiting period between interviews and receiving an update. At the beginning I stated my salary expectations and the lowest I'm willing to go and they mentioned I could work 2 days from home and 3 from the office. After a 3 month process, they offered me less than my salary expectations. And it required a minimum of 4 times in the office. And I also heard that two candidates who interviewed before me declined an offer after they met with the CEO.
