Multiple interviews ranging from general to case study to psychometric. This was carried out over 4-6 stages and required meeting different members of the team. It was a helpful way to understand how they operated and more about the culture.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Octopus (Melbourne) in Jan 2023

      Interview

Was contacted for a behavioural interview. THere were many questions. The interviewer was friendly. I thought I did well in the interview. The interviewer told me they would get back to me within a week. I did not hear back from them for a month at which point they told me they decided that i was not the right fit. a month later, they said i had progressed to the next round if i was still interested. it was a shambles.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Very values centric; they were trying very hard to make sure of a good cultural fit. Want to ensure you have some charitable interests outside of work.
