Obsidian Security Security Engineer interview questions

I recently went through the interview process with this company, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The first round was a take-home assessment, which involved analyzing logs and providing insights on any suspicious activity. This section was straightforward and aligned with typical expectations for the role. However, the second round presented several issues. This interview was conducted by a team member, and while I expected it to be in English (as the rest of the process had been), the interviewer unexpectedly switched to speaking in Chinese without prior notice. This was both unprofessional and frustrating, as there was no indication that the interview would be conducted in a language other than English. Furthermore, I found the interviewer's questions intrusive and inappropriate. Specifically, they asked for detailed information about the security architecture and setup of my previous company. The experience raised significant red flags about the company's professionalism and respect for candidate and employer privacy. Due to the unprofessional communication and inappropriate questions, I would not recommend others apply or interview with this company.
