First round is phone interview by project manager, and he told with his design team to given a design challenge, and then asked a video interview to explain the project, final in-person interview

The interview was as described in the website: quick phone screen, 1 hour phone interview, project assignment (8 hours to do a mini-project), half-day on-site interview with interviews with different employees.
The process was reasonable, and the on-site interview was accommodating.

The questions were about my expertise and prior experience.
A chief engineer called me and asked me questions about my past experience. The conversation was not intense. I got the chance to ask everything I wanted to know about the company. The interviewer was very nice.
