I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oakary

      Interview

Helpful staff in interview questions and smooth process in finding multiple matching jobs after I submitted just one application! Typically interviews are conducted an online interview chat, either via Skype, Zoom, or company's platform. The first interview is more like a screening process, asking general personal background and teaching experience. The second interview is the real testing ground for reflecting the teaching skills and an opportunity to learn what qualities of a teacher that the ESL company looking for. For example, the company focuses on elementary school children or even kindergarten are looking for kids friendly with a great patient, but ones focus on middle or high schools, or adult is looking for higher English language handling, like grammar and specific exam prep.

      Question 1

Interview questions depend on the companies I'm being contacted with, but generally about my educational background and online English teaching experience. Many of them have a mock section that recruiter pretends to be a student and learning English the first time.
