After an initial phone screening, there was a first stage interview, this was I think around 1 to 1.5 hours, and covered some competency questions, how you like to work in a dev team etc. When passing this you are invited to a three part interview, each part an hour covering system design, coding, and behavioural. They were flexible on whether to put it all as one block or spread over a few days.
The coding is a classic coding challenge question where you can discuss what you are doing with the interviewer, it was fairly relaxed, the system design is a whiteboarding session around building a common product that you might use everyday, and behavioural is around how you like to work, with a lot of dev specific questions, how you like to deploy code, test, ect.
After that I think I got a response within a week, the whole process was refreshingly quick, I think from application to job offer was less than a month.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at OVO
Interview
multiple stage interview process. initially a casual chat and then the next stage you can do it at once, 3 hours or split into 3x 1 hour sessions. The hiring manager at OVO dealing with my process was awful. He did not pass on the accomodations I asked for to the interviewers (I ask for questions to be wrote after asked, nothing complicated, as I'm partially deaf and autistic) and he gave me incorrect details for the interviews and the job description. During the very first short call I explained my experience, that I'm a front end web dev. But when it got to the first hour of the main interviews, for the tech part it was clear this role was in fact for a app developer. The task the hiring manager had told me about and I had prepared, was not at all the task in the interview. and it was in react native so I was fully unprepared. of course after this they didn't even continue the interview process to the next 2 hours, and gave me no feedback or reply when I mentioned the incorrect information I had been given. very disappointing for a company that pushes about being diverse.
Three stage interview, with technical task and walkthrough with the team. Great conversation with team lead about to expanding. The response was prompt and gave feedback on the interview also.
