Very seem less. Made it clear what was expected of me and the role if I accepted the position. Didn’t keep me waiting long for feedback which I appreciated. Very friendly interviews who were captured the company culture

Online Screening assesment and 2 interviews one is assesment where they see if you understand the industry and secind is more of management questions where they see if you fit in the team and overall the experience is quiet good but had to face some delays in getting the offer letter out and joining date was also changes mid way of the process

Interview
So many stages for a minimum wage, call centre job. Firstly filled out a long application, then an online task, then a phone screening, then a 3 hour assessment day, all for a job paying barely above minimum wage. Crazy.
People interviewing were nice enough but just far too many steps for a call centre job.
