OTC (Japan) interview questions

Depending on the job, the interview was very earnest and the questions were very to the point. There were no truck questions or anything rather shocking. Just answer the questions like having a conversation rather than under pressure.

The interview process was nothing out of the ordinary. I went in to OTC's main Tokyo office for an in-person interview, and was given an offer within a week. I was then given a copy of my contract, the OTC teacher's manual, as well as a tour of the office to meet some of the salespeople I would be working with.
