The column I was applying for was in a Beta phase. Everything was under construction, so my 17 years of experience helped a lot. I had 5 days for the cardinal part of the process, which I had to coplete on my own and received an offer only afterwards. "You look like a very colourful person", my future boss said pretty early on. That was a nice feedback.
