I only take Phone Screen as the first round and there might be more rounds afterward. HR was supportive. I was rejected after the first round, it seems the team didn't pick my resume.

Interview
Overall is very standard, meeting with recruiter for screening followed by hiring manager and 2 more rounds of interviews. The interview questions were focused on technical skill and situations cases. There were no case study or bring home exercise for the role. Overall all interviewers were professional and kind.
