OC Bridges interview questions

First interview was a HR screening. Immediately they said they will schedule me for an interview with Project Manager. I interviewed with Project Manager, but did not get an offer. It was pretty quick turn around.

he interview questions were very easy, with a total of four rounds, but all the questions were quite similar in each round. Additionally, there were people involved in the interview who didn't seem to know much about the position, which made for a very odd setting. Some interviewers were very nice, while others were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It seems like there isn’t a good standard for the interview process. Including people who are unfamiliar with the position only wastes everyone's time.
