The following week, I completed a design-based assessment that involved creating a replica of a design using design tokens and building reusable components. After that, HR contacted me to schedule an onsite interview focused on cultural fit. During this interview, the interviewer appeared uninterested, based on their visual body language and tone, and the HR representative did not actively participate or ask questions.
