Nylas Senior Frontend/Full Stack Engineer interview questions

I applied online for the role and a few days later I received an invitation to participate of the process. First was a call with the manager of the team. I had a good time talking to him. He was nice and polite. I was asked tech questions about the daily work. Then I got a code challenge to solve at home. They want you to solve in 1 hour, but they don't give you a deadline. I sent them the link for my GitHub profile with the code. I received a generic copy/paste rejection letter a few days later without any kind of useful feedback about their decision.
