My experience was very easy since it was a referral. They just wanted to get to know who I was inside and out of the workplace. You are also given a product and ingredient manual which you have to study and pass a multiple choice exam.

Very typical interview questions. They really want to get to know who you are. What are your interests? How do you deal with this type of situation? What would you do if you saw someone stealing? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What is your availability? Are you willing to "travel" from store to store?
