Phone interview - randomly called 2 months after I applied. I ticked all of the boxes. Didn't hear back but something prompted a call 2 months down the line. I was deep involved in other interviews so was able to communication effectively when asked questions. Got completely ghosted after the phone call although caller was optimistic of progressing me. Red flag was the caller would speak to the hiring manager.
