Phone call first, Followed with 30 mins video-call with long company introduction and few questions to see if you are thinking the same way as recruiter. After you are send a test. 4 assignment/situation questions and excel file with calculations.

Quick online screening interview than practical tasks are sent to the applicat to complete. I was missing a proper feedback on these when I was told they have selected someone else who better met their requirements.

I sent my CV to the company and very next day I received a call from them. We arranged the interview meeting where she discribed me their startup project. Everything was very easygoing. Very neat HR agent and project manager.
