Interview
I got call from recruiter for interview at Nuance Pune. It started with spring objective test, followed by java programming test of about hour. Program was supposed to be production ready code, including junits and should run in multi-threaded environment. After that technical interview with the team lead, followed by technical architect, and product manager. And finally with head of engineering and Hr head. It was long process. I was also given one poc in between.
Overall process was lengthy but smooth and well managed. Interview was fully technical and one of the toughest i ever faced.

Interview
Basically there are 3 technical rounds of interview, 2 rounds will be conducted face to face or telephonic. The 3rd round will be technical plus managerial round. Basically for one position they short list 3 to 4 profiles and send to onshore mangers. In the third round what I have seen when I had referred many of my friends, it is basically pure luck. The Onshore managers pick them randomly. the 2 face to face interviews will be of moderate level. I got interviewed on Java. They focused more on core java, multi threading , web services and some design patterns.
