Initially contacted via email, then contacted in about 2 weeks for an interview. After the initial interview, I was contacted for a second interview after about 1 week. I was then told that I should expect to be contacted 2-3 weeks after the interview with an offer.

Asked about experience in linguistics and computer science, specifically with pattern recognition tools and models. Asked for details about relevant experience (in previous work, in school, and in outside projects) and for specifics about what I worked on and what tools I used.

Applied online, had a screening interview with HR then phone interview with someone in the US. Guy started the interview saying he's got a meeting so will only be 30 mins instead of 60. Then wizzed through some questions and rushed me through the answers as he wanted to get to his meeting on time.

it took more than 2 hours with manager and experts. The environment is friendly and the interviewer is very nice. the entire process is quite formal with prepared questionnaires.
