Totally 3 rounds. Initial start with the telephonic process with hr and after completing with 2 technical rounds. First technical round as mostly on theory side and second on the based on the projects questions and some problem solving and final one is the hr discussion

Remote, video and phone w/ VP of engineering and CEO. They were extremely open and genuine. Both were extremely collaborative and it was obvious that they had a very solid and positive culture.

They asked some very appropriate questions about onboarding of new engineers fresh out of school, a very difficult process for alot of tenured engineers that do not have much management experience.
