Interview
Remote, video and phone w/ VP of engineering and CEO. They were extremely open and genuine. Both were extremely collaborative and it was obvious that they had a very solid and positive culture.

They asked some very appropriate questions about onboarding of new engineers fresh out of school, a very difficult process for alot of tenured engineers that do not have much management experience.
